90 Minute Reset Integrative Massage

Service Description

A massage that continues, layer by layer to target muscle groups causing chronic tension. If it's your first time, we will start your service by talking about the areas you experience chronic tension. Your follow up appointment will start with us talking about how your body responded to your previous massage, and seeing if the pain has lessened or moved to a different place. Then, using a blend of techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy, we will work to release the connective tissue and tense muscles layer by layer. 90 minutes is a good duration for those who have one area that gives them trouble, and then want a full body massage after the area of chronic pain has been addressed, or for those who have multiple problem areas that are close together. If you have more than one problem area on opposite parts of your body that need attention, I recommend you consider booking a 120 minute massage so that all of the areas you need massage in can receive the attention they need.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact me by calling (828) 423-0651 within 24 hours of your appointment time to avoid being charged for the appointment. Any late arrivals past 30 minutes of the original appointment time will be considered a no call no show.
