120 Minute Complete Reset Massage

Service Description

A massage that continues, layer by layer to target muscle groups causing chronic tension. If it's your first time, we will start your service by talking about the areas you experience chronic tension. Your follow up appointment will start with us talking about how your body responded to your previous massage, and seeing if the pain has lessened or moved to a different place. Then, using a blend of techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy, we will work to release the connective tissue and tense muscles layer by layer. 120 Minutes is a good duration for those who have chronic pain in multiple areas of their body, and also want a full body massage.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact me by calling (828) 423-0651 within 24 hours of your appointment time to avoid being charged for the appointment. Any late arrivals past 30 minutes of the original appointment time will be considered a no call no show.
